Requirements:
To receive assistance from the Sister Season Fund, Inc., you will need the following:
and if applicable:

- a completed application (see section below)
- a copy of your lease (first and last page ONLY)
- copies of your utility bills
- copies of your bank statement (3 most recent months)
- photo ID & SS card
and if applicable:
- hospital paperwork showing admittance and discharge dates
- doctor's out of work note, if this is an illness
- copy of police report, if this is an accident
In the application, explain your challenge and indicate what assistance you need.

What Happens Next:
Once you submit your application -
Please be aware that this process takes time due to the following:
The Board tries to act quickly on all requests, but the time frame for payment may take as long as two weeks.
Once you submit your application -
- the Board of Directors review the application and all associated documentation
- once this process is completed, the Board will vote on whether to grant the assistance request
- if the request is approved, a check will be written directly to the landlord and/or the service provider(s). No checks or monies will be directly issued to the applicant
Please be aware that this process takes time due to the following:
- the Board meets once a month on the first Monday of each month
- when assistance requests arrive between Board meetings, the Board will vote electronically ,time is required for verification of employment, residence, etc.
