Here To Help When You Need It Most
Thank you to our Founders, Board of Directors, and Officers for volunteering their time, talent, and financial support over the years. What a difference you have made in our community!
Executive Board
President since 2021: Paul Murphy
Paul moved here from London in 2014. He was the 2017 King of Fantasy Fest and during his reign, he was approached by Stephen Pointer
and Julie Hanson to join the Board of Sister Season Fund.
I am honored to be a part of this great organization and helping my fellow hospitality workers. I have been involved in many fundraisers on this beautiful island and look forward to many years more of helping our community.
Executive Director since 2020: Julie Hanson
Julie was helped by Sister Season Fund, Inc. in 2010 and soon joined the organization as a volunteer. She very quickly was honored to become a Board member. Her vision of growth with the organization is an incredibly positive one, hoping to continue with expansion of the region and resources SSF has to offer. She is always willing to answer any questions you may have in the application process, so please reach out to her if you need help.

President Emeritus: Ginger King
Ginger has been a resident of Key West since 1994 and involved in local charities ever since. In 2004 she was crowned Fantasy Fest Queen. Toward the end of her reign in 2005, the founding members approached her to join the newly established 501 (c)(3) Sister Season Fund, Inc. She became President in 2006 and has remained on the board ever since. Her background, coming from DC, was in campaign consulting and fundraising which she put to good use in helping the organization grow. She has had her own business, Conch Traders, was a Mortgage Broker with Mortgage Company of the Keys and for the last 15 years, a Real Estate Broker Associate, currently licensed with Berkshire Hathaway Knight & Gardner Realty.
